DESCRIPTION:
Live Gamer is looking for an Account Manager who will act as the main point of contact for some of our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing relationships, answering questions, coordinating schedules and bringing in additional support as needed. You will also work closely with internal departments within the Live Gamer organization communicating customer status and act as a customer advocate within the larger organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an account manager, you will own Live Gamer customer relationships from an account management perspective and you will be judged based on client satisfaction. Regular duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
- Regularly contact existing customers to review current and future needs and brief them on new releases and features of Live Gamer products.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Live Gamer customers and advise them on product capabilities and best practices.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders and communicate account status.
- Act as project manager for custom development and integration work.
- Provide training on the Live Gamer Elements products and related services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly and detail oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years prior experience in account management, marketing, sales, project management, business development or similar function.
- Must be able to work with various customer teams involved in an engagement to actively track progress and identify both pain points and successful achievements.
- Strong commitment to customer service and ability to take ownership.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience giving presentations, teaching or public speaking a plus.
- Familiarity with all segments of the games industry.
- Passion for the interactive entertainment space and social networking.
- Understanding of SAAS platforms.
