Andrew Schneider - Founder & President

Andrew Schneider has been a digital entertainment industry leader and catalyst for emerging business opportunities at the crossroads of media and technology for over 14 years. Prior to founding Live Gamer, Schneider served as executive vice president of marketing at Wind-up Records, the world’s leading independent record label, where he focused on digital innovation. Previously, during his eight year tenure at Sony Pictures Digital, Schneider developed and launched award-winning interactive marketing campaigns for major entertainment franchises, developed consumer broadband content services, and launched user generated media tools and applications. Schneider began his career in at NBC Television Network, where he inaugurated the company’s interactive marketing practice with the network’s first online presence.


Mitch Davis - Founder & Chairman

Mitch Davis is an ardent gamer as well as a digital entertainment pioneer with a long record of entrepreneurial success. As founder and CEO of Massive Incorporated, Mitch revolutionized the video game industry by working closely with publishers and developers to build Massive Incorporated, the world’s first and largest in-game advertising network, which encompassed 40 publishers including EA, Activision, THQ, Take 2, Sony Online Entertainment, Disney, and Vivendi Universal Games. Davis sold Massive to Microsoft in 2006. Recently, he launched Brash Entertainment, a video game publisher focused on branded and franchise IP, where he serves as co-founder, chairman, and CEO.


Neal Black—Vice President, Legal & Corporate Affairs, General Counsel

Neal Black has represented clients in the software technology and video game industry space for nearly 10 years. As Vice President and General Counsel of Square Enix, creators of the Final Fantasy franchise, he managed the legal affairs of the company’s U.S. operations, including its subsidiary UIEvolution, a leading developer of software technology for cross-platform distribution of applications, data, and entertainment. He has also worked as an attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and as a litigator with the law firm of Perkins Coie.


Kurtis Buckmaster - Vice President, Product Marketing

Kurtis Buckmaster has been building cutting edge online gaming communities for 18 years and innovating online marketing for major game publishers for more than a decade. Before joining Live Gamer, Buckmaster served as Vice President of Product Development & Marketing for Curse.com, one of the largest independent MMOG portals, where he developed their enterprise publisher services program and many of their upcoming features. Previously, Buckmaster headed up community and customer service for GameSpot.com [CNET], managed community and online marketing for Ubisoft Entertainment, and launched the original PlayStation.com community where he started his career in gaming with Sony Computer Entertainment America in 1997.


Christopher Donahue—Senior Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

Christopher Donahue is a longtime pioneer and innovator in online gaming, with a career dating to the first graphical role playing games and early online game service initiatives, which he helped deliver while at Sierra Online and the ImagiNation Network. He joins Live Gamer after six years as Group Manager of the Windows Graphics & Gaming Technologies group at Microsoft, where he led business development, marketing, and publisher integration efforts around DirectX and the Games for Windows initiative. Previous positions include leading developer relations efforts at NVIDIA Corporation and at ATI.


Sean Flynn—Advisory Board Member

Sean Flynn is a 20-year veteran of building secure and scalable technology platforms. As founding CTO for Live Gamer, Sean helped design the Live Gamer Exchange and service. He will move to an advisory board role and continue as a key part member of the Live Gamer strategy team. Most recently at Massive Incorporated, he oversaw the mobile game ad serving strategy and platform. Previously, he founded and led several successful consultancy practices focused on network, desktop, and database technologies in the financial and information industries with a client roster including Microsoft, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Moody’s Investors Services, Time/Warner, Toyota, Thomson Publishing, and many others.


Josh Kramer—Chief Technology Officer

Josh Kramer joins Live Gamer from Oberon Media, where he led the deployment and operation of a highly available and secure white-label e-commerce and community web platform providing online and downloadable games to consumers around the world on behalf of major brands including MSN, Comcast, Verizon, Pogo, France Telecom, and MySpace. Previously, Josh held several management positions in the enterprise software and telecommunications industries working with enterprise software vendors Microsoft, Siebel, SAP, Lotus, and others to enable their software for use on wireless data devices, as well as deploying middleware into all major wireless carriers in the US and Canada for supporting financial services application and enterprise software on mobile devices.


Yohei Ishii—Vice President, Business Development

Yohei Ishii leverages deep analytical and frontline game industry experience as a member of the business development team for Live Gamer. Most recently, as head of business development for Square Enix, Inc., publisher of the highly successful Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts franchises, he oversaw all new business initiatives including online, console, and mobile. He has also worked as an equity research analyst covering the video game sector for Mizuho Securities.


Joon Seog Park - Vice President & General Manager, Live Gamer Asia

Joon joins Live Gamer as Vice President & General Manager of Live Gamer Asia after over 7 years of managing Microsoft Korea’s Information Worker and Windows Client Business Group where he led marketing and sales initiative including Office, Windows OS, and other prominent product lines. Mr. Park also managed several developer relationships and commercial software initiatives liaising with key software development organizations, branches of the Korean government as well as outreach to the general public. Prior, he led several business development and business process reengineering consulting projects for major local online entertainment companies.


Craig Telfer—Vice President, Publisher Operations

Craig Telfer is one of the video game industry’s foremost authorities on the inner workings of game services integration. While running publisher integrations with Massive Incorporated, he worked closely with game engineering teams in the US, Europe, and Asia to lead more than 100 game integrations. His expertise ensures publisher account management continuity and successful integration plan execution for Live Gamer.
